
Norbert Schwery founded the Gaumenzauber catering und party service together with his wife Irène on 22nd October 2007. Since then, the trained chef and pâtissier has been enchanting the palates of his customers together with six permanent and 30 part-time employees. Norbert Schwery's father Erwin is also a member of the team. He ran the Schlosskeller Restaurant for nearly 30 years, and he has been supported by the hard work of his son in the last few years. Just as Fendant wine goes with raclette, the restaurant hosted by the Schwery family is part of the gastronomy scene in the Valais region.
Their magic formula involves providing a full gastronomic service from start to finish. They take care of everything themselves. The Gaumenzauber team provides everything that goes on the table. From your fork right up to the chocolate with your coffee.
